Maestro Quartz Design guarantees the product to the user for a period of FIFTEEN (15) YEARS from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects that may be observed in the slabs produced in the Maestro Quartz Design factory regarding the countertops purchased and installed for use in kitchen and bathroom countertops. This warranty covers only "A Quality" products sold through Maestro authorized distributors.
The warranty will be fully valid when the "Maestro Quartz Design Warranty Registration Form" on our website is completed within 6 months from the date the consumer purchases the product, together with the purchase invoice or sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase and the applicant).
In order to benefit from the warranty coverage, please keep your purchase invoice and the warranty certificate together, which will be valid after completing the warranty registration form.
If you believe that your Maestro Quartz Design branded product has a defect within the scope of the warranty and you wish to make a complaint, please contact Maestro Quartz Design by fax, e-mail, telephone and/or letter, indicating your warranty number.
Maestro Quartz Design reserves the right not to provide the free warranty service if the conditions set out in the paragraph above are not fulfilled or if the information provided by the consumer is incorrect, incomplete or illegible.
